Winning is a habit and nobody knows it better than Leander Paes. For at 40, he still lives with the burning desire to win on a tennis court. A legendary figure in Indian sport, Paes knows what it takes to battle odds and successfully chase dreams.

The tennis star, who just touched a milestone of being the oldest man to win a Grand Slam, regaled the audience with his insights during his speech, suitably titled 'Will to Win'.

"My experience is that if you really deeply desire to achieve something, if your burning desire is so strong, you will make sure that you will surround yourself with the right team, right people and ask the right questions to then find the solution to be the best you can be," Paes said.

After dabbling in many sports, Paes chose tennis and that became his religion. He said he gets the greatest high while playing for the country. "It is phenomenal when you play for the flag. We Indians can be world beaters."

He also said, "sport in India has really improved. At the moment we are at crossroads. I am hopeful that we don't have to play under the IOC flag and get to play under our own flag."
